Thank you for shopping at FIFI’S. We value our customers and want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase.

Before you make your purchase, please read the item description carefully, look at the photos and review our Return and Refund Policy.

At FIFI’S all sales are final. There are no refunds and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Although we have a No Returns Policy, we’re here to help you before, during and after the sale. Please notify us within 3 calendar days from the date you received your package if you feel your item was damaged during shipment or that our description was not accurate. Tell us why you wish to return the item.

If there was a shipment error, please let us know immediately so we can send you the correct item.

To be eligible for a possible return, do not use the item and it keep it in the same condition in which you received it.

If the packaging itself was damaged, and caused damage to the item, we need to begin the USPS insurance process as soon as possible. We need pictures or proof of package damage and how this damaged your item.

Except in the case where an incorrect item was shipped to you, all return shipping costs become your responsibility. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will immediately notify you about the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit depending on your card issuer’s policies.
